Our residential customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, and for whatever reason, provided our crews are not at your party location. We will refund any payments, except for the deposit, unless you cancel. The deposit amount will be applied to your account to a raincheck, which can be used up until one year after the cancellation.
Please Note: Large events are exempt from our cancellation and raincheck policies. Management may decide to waive this right.
